Since then, I’ve expanded my work to include personalized coaching, GHk/GNM teaching, and the creation of vibrational remedies, which I began developing during the Covid era in 2021. These remedies have supported hundreds of clients across Canada, helping them find emotional balance and physical resilience.

Today, I offer private sessions tailored to each individual’s unique experience, and I run GHk/GNM courses three times a year—with plans to launch them online soon to reach even more people who are ready to reclaim their health.

What I Offer

In 2006, I graduated from a Wholistic College, igniting my passion for natural health and healing. The following year, in 2007, I was introduced to Quantum Biofeedback—a powerful energetic modality that immediately resonated with me and became the heart of my work for the next decade. As I supported clients through this modality, I saw the need to deepen my knowledge further. So in 2010, I returned to study Wholistic Nutrition in order to help people on a more comprehensive level, integrating both physical and energetic approaches.

In 2015, I was introduced to Germanic Healing Knowledge (GHk), formerly known as German New Medicine (GNM)—a groundbreaking biological science that revolutionized my understanding of illness and healing. It offers a radical yet empowering perspective: that every symptom has a meaningful cause rooted in unresolved emotional conflict, and that the body always knows what it’s doing.

That’s when everything shifted.

Raised in a conventional household with a strong medical background—my mother was an MD—I grew up believing that health meant managing symptoms: you take an Advil for a headache, and you go to the doctor when you’re sick. Naturally, I followed the path laid out for me and entered pre-med. But as I moved forward, I realized something didn’t feel right. Treating symptoms didn’t align with my deeper calling—I wanted to help people truly understand their bodies, not silence their signals.
